Just like all Mixer® Purées, this is not pasteurized but it does preserve itself for 24 months when kept closed or up to 3 months after opening. Mixer® Mango Purée is produced with a natural low ° Bx which is then gently concentrated at low temperature.It offers a sweet and firm pulp, impeccable for the preparation of many cocktails, tiki cocktails and smoothies.
