Moineaux 2021 from Closeries de Moussis is a natural red wine produced in Bordeaux. A blend cuvée : Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc.

Blended cuvée: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc from 25-year-old vines on average, grown biodynamically and planted on gravelly soils. Manual harvest and natural vinification: three weeks of maceration, without oenological inputs, 16 months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled in April 2023. Neither fined nor filtered, with just a slight dose of sulphur.
