Mondeuse–Arcluzia2024–CavedeCruet

This sparkling Mondeuse comes from a selection of vines in the communes of St Pierre d’Albigny, Fréterive and Cruet. Named after a peak overlooking the Combe de Savoie, it has a very elegant nose with notes of ripe, crunchy red fruit. On the palate, the wine has a powerful aroma with spicy notes supported by supple tannins. This Mondeuse will be wonderful with game in sauce!
