This wine comes from the famous Ambierle hillside in the Côte Roannaise, where the vines, some of which are over a hundred years old, have produced millerandage grapes that have been selected with the greatest care. After vinification in traditional concrete vats with prolonged maceration, this wine is matured for 9 months in the same vats to deliver a 2020 vintage that reveals a captivating intensity of black fruit and spice aromas. This wine reaches its full potential after two to three years’ bottle ageing, offering a fresh, fruity body for an irresistible indulgence!
