Morey Saint Denis 1er Cru “Les Ruchots” 2021 is a biodynamic red wine from Burgundy, a 100% Pinot Noir produced by Cyprien Arlaud at Domaine Arlaud.

Pinot Noir from old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted in 1952 in Morey Saint Denis, on a 0.70-hectare parcel on clay-limestone soils. Les Ruchots is located on the same rocky outcrop as Le Clos de la Roche, just below the Clos de Tart! The grapes are harvested by hand, and yields are kept under tight control. Vinification: 30% whole bunches, gentle pressing, 16 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled without fining or filtration and in accordance with lunar cycles.
