Morgon2023–ChâteaudesJacques

This cuvée is a blend of three climats – Bellevue, Côte du Py and Roche Noire. The vines grow on pink granite or diorite – the blue rock emblematic of the Côte du Py, with depth and weathering varying according to the plot. This Morgon is marked by its richer volcanic terroir. Powerful and muscular, the tannins retain the characteristic suppleness of Gamay. Its depth and violet aromas make it ideal for pairing with dishes with character.
