Produced in the unspoilt heart of the Euganean Hills Natural Park, this Moscato Spumante Dolce reflects all the generosity of its clay-limestone terroir, rich in fossils. Made from 100% Moscato Bianco, an aromaticgrape varietypar excellence, it reveals an elegant and indulgent style. Harvested in September, the grapes undergo a second slow fermentation in closed, temperature-controlled vats, preserving the freshness and typical characteristics of the grape variety. With its fine, persistent bubbles, pale yellow colour and intense muscat aromas, it seduces with its sweet, aromatic and persistent palate. An ideal wine for sharing, to be enjoyed as a sweet aperitif or with any fruity or pastry-based dessert.
