4 Kilos Vinicola offer their unique cuvée of Mallorcan white wine from the Balearic Islands. This wine, with its rich citrus aromas, is extremely fresh and supple. It has a hint of minerality and good acidity, reflecting the terroir from which it comes. It is produced by carbonic maceration, in contact with the skins and tinaja. It is then bottled unfiltered and with no added sulphites. This vinification gives it a slightly troubled appearance and a highly expressive character! It’s an ideal wine to accompany fresh seafood or grilled fish.
