A superbly racy bottle of Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc that is loaded with citrus and passionfruit flavours and just a nod towards more vegetal characters, reminding of fresh asparagus. You can quite happily enjoy a glass of Mountain View well chilled on its own, but if you’re looking for a food pairing we’d recommend you keep to your favourite fish and seafood dishes. From mussels in a cream and white wine sauce through to teriyaki salmon – there isn’t much that comes from the ocean that won’t work.
