Mount Herricks Watervale 2022 Semillon is produced in an organic, single vineyard in Clare Valley, Australia. The wine was 100% barrel-fermented in French oak barriques, of which 40% were new, and remained on the lees to age for a further nine months. As always, the wine was bottled without fining.

Mount Horrocks Semillon demonstrates long lingering lemon and spice flavours complemented by creamy lees complexity and a touch of French oak.

In what is now often considered ‘old fashioned’ all fruit is hand-harvested – better for the vines as well as the fruit which is then delivered to the winery in a pristine state. Mount Horrocks is certified organic and biodynamic.
