Mukuzani Georgian Wine

is crafted from hand-picked grapes with high sugar concentration. These grapes are carefully transported in crates. After destemming, the grape pulp is placed in traditional Qvevri, where controlled fermentation with a pure yeast culture takes place at a regulated temperature (22-25°C). Throughout fermentation, the grape pulp is stirred 3-5 times daily to ensure a meticulous winemaking process.

Upon completion of fermentation, generally before January (sometimes even before March). Mukuzani fter the indicated processes, when grape pulp cover is drawn on the bottom of Qvevri and the wine is refined, grape pulp upper liquid is completely transparent.
