Muscat Ottonel is a strain of the Muscat family found only in Alsace within France, made into an “orange” wine via 6 months of maceration on the skins. With 11% it is sublimely fresh and light, typical Muscat aromas with notes of menthol and a floral orange peel. The palate is balanced and fluid, dry with a touch of noble bitterness and a beautiful length.We recommend opening 20-30 minutes before drinking and serving chilled but not too cold. Would pair well with salads, fresh sheep or goat cheeses and fruit pies.
