Château de l’Hyvernière is a small estate in the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine area. The vintage is the first since the estate passed to HVE and it is currently being converted toorganicgrowing. Thanks to a terroir of schists, gneiss and orthogneiss, this vintage reveals lovely aromas of white and yellow fruits and a good length with plenty of subtleness and richness. It is therefore appreciated with sea food or fish in sauce, or with a chocolate tart as dessert.
