Extremely aromatic, this dry Muscat is a surprise of lightness. While remaining discreet, the sugar allows the vegetal and fruity notes to develop sufficiently to accompany a wide range of food and wine combinations. It will be perfect as an aperitif, of course, but it can also enhance sunny dishes such as tomato mozzarella salad or scampi with ginger.
