The Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc is intensely aromatic and complex on the nose displaying multi-layered characters of fresh basil, mint and coriander with subtle notes of mandarin peel. A mouth-watering yet smoothly integrated palate reveals notes of passion fruit, papaya and a strong textural component. (2021 �13% abv)

The energetic and innovative viticultural and winemaking team takes the approach of blending several different fruit parcels to achieve layers of complexity in the wines, focusing on their texture and mouth-feel. The state-of-the-art but small-scale winemaking facilities give them the tools to achieve this.
