Blend of Malbec, Muscat de Hambourg, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Gamay, Muscat of Alexandria and Colombard, from organically grown vines averaging 35 years of age, planted across several plots with clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest and natural winemaking: part direct press, part carbonic maceration, part skin-contact maceration. Fermented and aged in concrete tanks for 6 months. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulphur.
