Long maceration and 6 months ageing allowed this Négroamaro to reveal the power of its fruit and its sweet spices, supported by a beautiful structure on the palate. Thyme and rosemary accompany the cherry and black fruits on the nose, while we find fine tannins and a good length on the palate. It will go perfectly with your tagliatelle with bolognese sauce, stewed beef, roast or braised beef, or even certain aged cheeses.
