Sans Founded in 1919 by Cavaliere Guglilmo Negroni, the distillery reached immediate fame with its homonymous aperitif and the excellent quality of its grappa. Today the tradition of quality is carried on under the direction of the Azienda Agricola Conte Loredan Gasparini. With its hundred hectares of vineyards, the estate is a direct and privileged supplier of high quality grape-marc, which is collected in sealed plastic containers and sent directly to the distillery when it is still warm. In this way it is possible to maintain all grape-marc’s characteristics, obtaining distillates which embody the typical peculiarities of each vine or fruit variety. 35% Alc./Vol.
