Muscat Petits Grains from organically grown vines, with biodynamic practices, planted on pebbly soils. Harvested by hand: 2/3 late harvest and 1/3 ripe harvest, with bunches of grapes passerillés in open crates. Vinification: 20 daysâ€?maceration of passerillés in the press juice from the late harvest, aged 75% in 400-liter barrels for several wines, and 25% in stainless steel tanks, for 18 months. Filtration before bottling, natural sugar-alcohol balance.
