Sans Ruby Port is a delicious style of young and fruity fortified. Aged for an average of three years, Niepoort sources grapes for this wine from old vineyards in Cima Corgo region of Douro Valley. Ruby keeps well for several years, although the wine will not improve with age. Decanting is not necessary since the wine contains no sediment. Serve after a meal, by itself or with soft cheese.
