Based on a secret 1813 recipe, Noilly Prat Dry is a wonderfully crafted vermouth from the south of France. Some of the regions finest white wines are aged outdoors in oak casks before being blended with an array of aromatic herbs. Such herbs include chamomile, gentian, nutmeg and bitter oranges. Noilly Prat is therefore seen as the perfect accompanyment to a classic Gin Martini.
