Notos is made exclusively from the Roditisgrape variety , which grows in the semi-mountainous vineyards on the slopes of Aigialeia. Notos Roditis is a fine representation of this pleasant grape variety. Its crystalline light yellow colour gives off a pleasant aroma of citrus and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is well-structured and refreshing, with a pleasant acidity that perfectly balances its mature character. Notos Blanc is the ideal partner for summer seafood mezzés, fish and light dishes.
