Nuits Saint Georges Fleurs de Coteaux 2021 is a red wine made of 100% Pinot Noir produced by Maxime Dubuet-Boillot at his eponymous estate in Burgundy.

Pinot noir from 45-year-old vines planted on two terroirs totalling 35 ares, Les Brulées to the South of the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation and La Petite Charmotte to the North. Hand-harvested, de-stemmed, retaining only 10% of whole bunches, gentle maceration, 14 months of aging in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new.
