Fermented in stainless steel with commercial yeast, followed by malolactic fermentation. Includes 50% réserve perpétuelle (1996â€?020 + 2021). Aged 30 months on lees and disgorged at least 4 months before release. Bright and refined, with citrus aromas of lemon, grapefruit, and mandarin. The palate is crisp and mineral, with subtle floral notes and a long, elegant finish. Aged three years on lees for depth and finesse.
