Sourced from Graham’s premier estates in the Douro Valley, the grapes are handpicked at peak ripeness to achieve concentration and elegance. Blend of Ports aged for a minimum of 10 years in small oak casks, where oxidative ageing imparts complex nutty and caramelised flavours. The wine is fortified during fermentation and then aged. Rich and nutty with aromas of dried fruit, toffee, and a touch of spice. The palate is smooth, with flavours of caramel, figs, and a long, rounded finish.
