Crafted from Palomino Fino grapes grown on the famed albariza soils of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Aged initially as a Manzanilla under flor, then deliberately transitioned to oxidative ageing. Fortified to 17.5% ABV and aged further in American oak using the solera system for a total ageing of around 12 years. The nose reveals toasted hazelnuts and almonds, enriched by vanilla, mocha and dried fruit nuances. On the palate, it’s intensely nutty and dry, offering savoury salinity.
