The grapes come from 100% Grand & Premier Cru vineyards: 33% from La Riviere, 33% from La Montagne, and 33% from La Cote. This champagne is crafted using Reserve Wines aged in oak barrels: 10% from vintages 2012 through 2018, alongside Perpetual Reserve Wines comprising 36% from the same vintages. It undergoes ageing on lees for 3 years with the current base vintage being 2019 (54%), and 35% of the blend undergoes malolactic fermentation. Ripe citrus, crisp green apple, and subtle pear notes, with delicate hints of toasted brioche and almond. Its fine bubbles lead to a creamy texture on the palate, balanced by vibrant acidity. The finish is long and elegant, with a lingering minerality.
