Crafted from award-winning vineyards in Nairne, grapes undergo fermentation, with alcohol carefully removed using the spinning cone technique. Ensuring fresh aromas and vibrant flavour. Orange blossom, red apple, pear, elderflower and gooseberry aromas. On the palate, crisp and refreshing with flavours of lemon, brioche and pink grapefruit. Beautifully balanced with a bright bubble mid-palate and lively, lingering finish.
