Nyetimber’s Classic cuvée English Sparkling Wine with the new launched label, is the signature style from Nyetimber Vineyards based in Sussex England. The sparkling Cuvée is a blend of white Chardonnay fruit and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Nyetimber’s winemakers draw upon this palette of base wines to create a wine of structure and complexity through the exacting process of ‘assemblage’, or blending. The Classic cuvée is produced by the traditional method – a sparkling winemaking process characterised by the use of secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged in bottle for at least three years prior to release.
