On the nose, complex aromas ranging from fresh mandarines, orange peel and black tea; suspension. And the sip, electrifying â€?you have never had a pet-nat like this before. The gentle power of flavours with the unique element brought by the maceration with the leaves, the bubbles are crisp and the whole is very satisfying.if you can, we recommend leaving some for the next day and replacing the screw cap (or an alternative cork) back on. You’ll be rewarded as it continues to unveil more character and charm. The bubbles will still be there. Serve chilled but not very cold (8-10C)
