Orthogneiss2023–Vignobledel’Écu

Domaine de L’Écu is a pioneer in its field, having been certifiedorganicsince 1975 and biodynamic since 1998. The estate has renounced all technological devices in the cellar to break with the trend towards standardised wines and preserve the link between each of their cuvées and a particular terroir and vintage. Orthogneiss is an elegant wine with exotic fruit, white flowers and dried fruit. It goes wonderfully well with Breton lobster and sweet potato purée with staranise .
