Off the Grid Riesling is a quintessential Ovum wine. Intensley aromatic with luscious texture one might expect from a red wine. The first thing you’ll notice is the deep yellow colour in the glass, this comes from aging white wine in Acacia wood barrels. Aromatics – ripe apricot, Eureka lemon, thyme. This wine has an unusual aroma that we can only compare to what it smells like when you walk into charcuterie shop…in a good way!

Richly textured, 2021 Off the Grid is a mouthful of wine. High aciding provides scaffolding and structure, and the 9gL of residual sugar is barely noticable but lays the foundation for long aging. 350 cases produced
