An iconic liqueur from the Marseille region of France, representing the spirit of Provençal tradition. Produced by Liquoristerie deProvence , a distillery well known for its artisanal creations, it is part of a long tradition of pastis production in the region. Composed of a selection of herbs and spices, with notes of liquorice, fennel and aromatic plants typical of Provence, it is slightly sweeter than other traditional pastis, with a beautiful complexity while remaining accessible on the palate. Le P’tit Bleu is usually served with fresh water, which transforms the drink into a beautiful milky shade.
