Parea is the Greek word for “good company” — and this is exactly the kind of Shiraz you want on the table.

Forget the big, jammy stereotype. This is Blewitt Springs Shiraz: fragrant, savoury, and seriously drinkable.

You’ll get violet and pepper on the nose, followed by blueberry, plum and bramble fruit, then the wine turns deliciously savoury with notes of charcuterie, black olive and herbs. The tannins are fine and sandy (classic Blewitt Springs texture), the acidity keeps it bright, and at 13% ABV it finishes clean and mineral.

A cracking bottle for BBQ lamb, grilled meats, mushrooms or anything with a bit of smoke.
