Pares Balta Cava Brut is a deliciously dry, sparkling wine made in the Champagne method yet with plenty of bright, soft fruit flavours.

It has amedley of white peach, apple, pear, melon and lime fruit on the nose, with a gentle creamy smokiness from the time this Cava spent on its lees.

Rich flavours of apple, honeydew, peach and mineral notes on its fruit-forward and nicely balanced palate, with a clean, tropical fruit infused finish.
