Passe Colline Ventoux Rouge is made by Rhonéa, a new generation co-operative based in the Southern Rhône Valley working with artisanal winegrowers using sustainable farming methods in their vineyards. The Ventoux region is beautiful, but sometimes hostile as the terroir consists of steep slopes, pebbly soil, and a windy and very sunny climate. Passe Colline is made from grapes grown on three different types of soil, which explain its unique flavour. Rhonéa Passe Colline Ventoux Rouge is dominated by Syrah in the blend, the colour is a deep cherry red with notes of raspberry, blackberry, bramble, and pepper notes, the palate is ripe and juicy with melting tannins and a gentle finish.
