Penfolds Bin 95 Grange Shiraz is one of the most iconic wines in the world. Named after the Grange cottage at the Magill Estate, this is the 70th anniversary of Grange and is only the 7th release to be made with 100% Shiraz grapes picked in the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale. After fermentation Grange is patiently aged for 18 months in new American oak hogsheads (300 litres).Grange 2017 beautifully balances the intense Shiraz fruit from the warm Barossa to the North, with the cooler McLaren Vale grapes. expect a cornucopia of complex flavours and aromas: red and black liquorice, soy and malt, burnt vanilla and dark chocolate, all wrapped up in a satin-smooth texture.
