‘Cot’ is a local name for Malbec, and this is definitely a Malbec to remember. It’s velvety soft and smooth and jam-packed with sweet plums, inky cherries and vanilla. Autumnal wood smoke and cedar drift across the palate and it ends in a long velvety smooth finish. Bound to become another favourite from Perez Cruz. Excellent with smoked pork.
