This family-run Chablis estate makes it a point of honour, vintage after vintage, to produce top-quality wines, offering cuvées that are renowned and appreciated for their freshness, finesse and minerality. The 2023 vintage was historically low in terms of volume, but classic in its profile. Classic indeed, but this Petit Chablis is no less elegant and subtle for that! It opens with a fruity, mineral nose, very gourmet with pretty notes of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is very mineral, fresh and fruity with hints of exotic fruit.
