This 100% Semillon, from the magnificent limestone terroir of Haut-Barsac, embodies a vision of dry white wine where finesse and accessibility meet. Certifiedorganicand biodynamic (Demeter), this cuvée reveals the full expression of Climens’ historic soil. Hand-harvested at the end of August 2023, it is vinified with the greatest care: fermentation with indigenous yeasts at low temperature, matured in concrete vats for eight months, to preserve the purity of the fruit and the minerality of the terroir. With its lovely freshness and immediate drinkability, Petite Lily is a perfect introduction to the world of Château Climens dry whites.
