Phéromone Rouge NV is a natural wine, a Cabernet Sauvignon produced by Osamu Uchida in Vin de France Appellation in Bordeaux – on Cave Pur Jus website

Blend of 50% of 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% of 2021 Merlot, from organically conducted vines and planted a few metres away from a very famous Château. Natural vinification without any additives, indigenous yeast. A year of aging in 500-liter wooden barrels of several wines for the Cabernet Sauvignon, and just a few months for the Merlot. Both vintages were blended right before the bottling in February 2022. Unfined, unfiltered, just a microdose of sulphur added during bottling.
