Philipponnat Cuvée1522 Vintage 2018 Champagne is a blend of Pinot Noir from Le Leon in Ay and Chardonnay from Oger. The wines are vinified in wooden barrels without malolactic fermentation and aged for 6 years, allowing complexity to develop whilst maintaining freshness.

A blend of 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay, the wine is fresh and expressive. At a 4.25g/l dosage, the wine is an extra brut and is best served between 8 and 9°C as an aperitif.

Perfect to enjoy now, but can be cellared for a minimum of ten years to develop its aromatic complexity.
