From a more than 65 years old tiny parcel at the famous Steiner Pfaffenberg the grapes for this remarkable wine are growing. The soils are barren and composed of crystalline primary rock dominated by Gneiss and Mica schist. Solely worked by hand and organic since 2017. In this wines all characteristics of great wine can be found: noble restraint in the youth, enormous density of aromas with great length and extraordinary aging potential
