This is a “semi orange wine” where only the viognier was macerated for 3 weeks and the Aligote, sacy & Savagnin were directly pressed. Gentle and light yet with a good, confident backbone of flavour. We would recommend drinking at around 8-10c and open some 20 minutes prior to drinking. Saying that, this is an extremely stable wine that can be drank and keep evolving over 2-3 days after opening. Excellent aperitif and to pair with sushi, mild yellow cheese, mediterranean salads and also baked/creamy white fish dishes
