Pinotage2023–Diemersfontein

This is a balanced and masterful wine that will project you into the sublime landscapes, both mountainous and green. On the nose the wine is rich and powerful with roasted aromas and mentholated notes giving a pleasant freshness. On the palate there are aromas of plum, some chocolate notes, with soft and velvety tannins that leave us with a long and gourmet finish, it is balanced and smooth. This wine is an excellent partner for lamb, curry-based dishes but it can also accompany certain chocolate desserts such as fudge or brownies.
