Thanks to the predominantly clay soil, the vines produce a full-bodied Pinot Gris with light tannins. On tasting, the Pinot Gris is elegant, fine and very fresh, with an excellent acidity to balance its full-bodied character. Once again, Sophie Schaal proves that terroir is crucial to the taste of wine. You can enjoy it with seafood or poultry.
