Slovenia’s Styrian wine region, Štajerska, and the Haloze sub-district are among the most exclusive wine-growing areas in Europe. The soil is rich in marl and the vines are over 35 years old on average. Harvested by hand and matured dry, the grapes undergo cold maceration for 3 days, followed by classic maceration for 18 days at 25°C. Elegant and silky, this 2019 Pinot Noir offers great aromatic complexity. It goes perfectly with red meats.
