It is now very enjoyable as a juicy, generous natural wine, however for those who like to cellar wines, we would recommend keeping one for anything from 5-10 years.Produced from the known “Pierre Chaudesâ€?parcel, stocks typically disappear quickly and so availability is scarce. We recommend serving just under room temperature.
