The bouquet of this 100% Pinot Noir opens with fresh and vibrant aromas of red fruits: cherry, raspberry, morello cherry, accompanied by floral nuances ( rose , red flowers) and a subtle spicy charm with sweet pepper, nutmeg and vanilla from the oak. There are also hints of minerality, crushed stone and subtle scents of undergrowth and humus. The palate is elegant and silky, with a refined texture. The fruit remains pure and juicy, well balanced by a lively but well-integrated acidity. The tannins are fine, supple and well-crafted, providing structure without aggressiveness. The finish is long and elegant, with a fruity-spicy aromatic persistence. The wood is present without dominating, just enough to complement the fruit and add complexity.
