This wine is true to the Tolpuddle Vineyard style. It has intense notes of red and black fruits as well as wild fennel and rhubarb on the nose. On the palate, it is concentrated, fruity and balanced by a fresh acidity and fine tannins. The flavours of raspberry, cherry and even blueberry and blackberry lend the wine complexity to its fluid, smooth palate. Some spice notes also give a boost to this very complete and captivating tasting. The ageing potential is a given, making drinking possible from 5 years even if it is already a very smooth, expressive wine at the moment.
